Yes. Every clinic must upload a verification document — a PRC licence, DTI registration, or SEC registration — before its listing is published. This is reviewed manually by our team. It is what separates a verified NgipenHub listing from an unverified business directory entry.
My clinic is already listed but I did not add it. How do I take control of it?
NgipenHub lists publicly available clinic information across the Philippines, so your clinic may already appear. Find your clinic in the directory and use the "Claim this clinic" link on its profile. After you submit proof of ownership and our team verifies it, you get full control of the listing.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. There is no contract and no lock-in. Plans are billed monthly by bank transfer and do not auto-renew — you decide each month whether to continue. If you stop paying, your listing reverts to the free tier rather than disappearing.
How do patients contact my clinic?
Patients do not need an account. On a free listing they see your phone number and address. On paid plans they can request an appointment through an online booking form or start a live chat, and those requests go straight to your clinic dashboard and email.
How do I pay for a paid plan?
Payment is by bank transfer. You upload your proof of payment and reference number in your clinic dashboard, and an admin verifies it manually. Because verification is manual we ask clinics to pay a few days early — any unused paid days carry over when you renew, so you never lose time by paying ahead.
