In Pampanga, start your search in Angeles City and the City of San Fernando. In Angeles, the clinics we list sit along Henson Street in Lourdes Northwest, MacArthur Highway and Magalang Road. In the City of San Fernando they cluster on General Hizon Avenue, MacArthur Highway and around Barangay Dolores. Nine of them are listed below by area, with a note on Mabalacat and Clark.
For the lowest cost, the government hospital in San Fernando publishes its dental prices. A simple extraction there is ₱500 and a cleaning is ₱800. San Fernando's rural health units also do basic dental work for residents, and their citizen's charter lists no fee for it. Details for both are further down.
Where the Dental Clinics Are in Pampanga
MacArthur Highway is the road that ties it all together. It runs north through San Fernando, then Angeles, then Mabalacat (see the route), and many clinics are on it or just off it. A jeep or bus along the highway passes several of the clinics below.
All details come from what each clinic publishes about itself or from HMO accreditation lists. Hours and HMO lists change, so message or call before you go.

Henson Street, Lourdes Northwest
Tooth Impressions Dental Clinic Angeles is on the second floor of the De Guzman Building on Henson Street. It's open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can book through SeriousMD or NowServing. The government hospital covered below is also in Dolores, so you can compare a private quote and a public one in the same barangay.
Mabalacat and Clark
Most of the Clark Freeport Zone is in Mabalacat. The main gate is on the Angeles side, and Dau is Mabalacat's busiest commercial barangay (background). Two of the groups above have branches there. ProSmile has one on the second floor of 0244 MacArthur Highway in Mabiga, and Tooth Impressions lists a clinic in Dau. We don't list those two separately yet, so reach them through the groups' other pages.

We couldn't find a dental school with a public patient clinic in Pampanga. If you study or work in Manila, our guide to dental school clinics covers the university programs there.
San Fernando rural health units
The City of San Fernando's City Health Office citizen's charter lists four dental services at its six rural health units and 46 barangay health stations: oral exam, cleaning, fillings or sealants, and tooth extraction. The charter lists no fee for any of them. Each RHU serves specific barangays, so you go to the one assigned to your address. You need a Patient's Treatment Form from your local health station and a photocopy of a government ID. For minors, bring the parent's or guardian's ID. The charter is from 2023, so ask the health station about current schedules.
Angeles City and PhilHealth
We couldn't find a dental fee schedule published online by the Angeles City Health Office. Ask your barangay health center about dental days and free dental missions. If you're registered with a PhilHealth Konsulta provider, ask about preventive oral health services. PhilHealth's 2025 advisory says Konsulta providers refer members to an accredited dental provider for these services.
How Much Does a Dentist Cost in Pampanga?
Private clinics in Pampanga don't post price lists consistently, and prices depend on the case, the materials and the dentist. Use the JBL rates as a floor and national private-clinic ranges as a ceiling, then get a written quote:
| Procedure | JBL Hospital (Sept 2024 list) | Private clinics, national range |
|---|---|---|
| Consultation | Not itemized | ₱300–₱700 |
| Cleaning | ₱800 | ₱800–₱1,500 (basic) |
| Simple extraction | ₱500 per tooth | ₱800–₱2,500 |
| Tooth-colored (light-cure) filling | ₱800 per tooth | ₱1,000–₱3,000 per tooth |
The private ranges come from our national dentist price guide, which also covers root canals and crowns, and our tooth filling price guide. Provincial clinics often land at the lower end. Braces, implants and veneers are quoted per case; for braces, read our braces and orthodontist guide first. Seniors should show their OSCA ID, because the RA 9994 discount applies to dental services.
Using Your HMO in Pampanga
In our data, the most common HMO names among Pampanga clinics are MediCard and HPDAI. DentalPro and Tooth Impressions are on both lists, and SSDC San Fernando is on HPDAI's. Scala lists HPPI, Etiqa, Filipino Doctors, iCare and Pacific Cross. If you carry an Etiqa card, read our Etiqa dental guide first, because whether you have dental at all depends on your plan. None of our nine listings mentions Maxicare or Intellicare. That doesn't mean no Pampanga clinic takes them, so check your HMO's own directory.
Before you go, call the clinic and ask whether it still accepts your card and whether the dentist taking HMO patients is in that day. Bring your card and a valid ID. Our MediCard dental guide walks through what's usually covered and how the approval works.
Emergencies and Weekends
Scala (Monday to Sunday) and Prime Oral (seven days, walk-ins) are the two listings here that are open on Sundays. For more weekend options, see our Sunday dental clinic guide. If you have facial swelling that's spreading, a fever, or trouble swallowing or breathing, go to a hospital emergency room, not a clinic. Our dental emergency guide explains how to tell the difference.
